Membership Terms & Conditions

SESSION CANCELLATION
24 hours cancellation is required. If you cancel a session within 12-24 hours ahead of the stretch, a $15.00 late cancel fee will be applied. If you do not cancel and do not show up for your scheduled stretch, 1 credit will be deducted from your membership account.

MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION
Memberships can be cancelled after the initial term by providing written notice to the studio.

ROLL-OVER SESSIONS
Credits will be allowed to rollover from month to month if membership is active and in good standing. The number of rollover credits that can be applied in any given month is limited only by the terms of the current membership package. For example, a (4) 50 member can only apply (4) 50 min rollover stretch credits in any given month.

CREDIT EXPIRATION
All credits must be used within 6 months of the date of purchase.

PAUSE OR FREEZE MEMBERSHIP
Your membership may be frozen in monthly increments up to 3 months at a time.  There will be a $15.00 monthly freeze fee applied in order for the membership to be maintained in good standing.

MEMBERSHIP SHARING
Package credits cannot be shared between members or non-members.

REFUNDS
Prepaid members who properly rescind or cancel will be issued a refund for any prepaid sums, minus the value of services received. We do not offer refunds on sessions or services that you have used.

MINORS & AGE LIMITS
Minors under the age of thirteen (13) are not permitted in the studio unless they are accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Minors between thirteen (13) and seventeen (17) may sign up for services and may use services at the studio unsupervised, provided that the child’s parent or legal guardian consents and signs the Recover Lab studio's then-current form of consent and waiver.
